The prices were low, which was nice, but the service felt reaaally slow. Not the worst experience, just wish things had moved a bit faster.

We’ve been using Gordon Electric Supply for our company account and it’s been smooth. Our account manager gets back to us quick and already knows the kind of stuff we usually order, which saves a bunch of back and forth. Had a small billing question last month too, and they fixed it without turning it into a whole thing. Just makes ordering electrical supplies way less annoying.
"Parts Worked, But Didn’t Feel New"
I ordered a few electrical fittings from gordonelectricsupply, and the weird part is everything technically worked, but it just didn’t feel like it was in new condition. One of the cover plates had scratches on it, and the box looked like it had been thrown around badly before it got to me. Maybe I just got unlucky, but the quality was disappointing enough that I probably wouldn’t order small parts from them again

I ordered a few electrical parts and, everything showed up exactly like I picked it online. No missing pieces, no wrong sizes, and the packing was solid. That’s the way a company should handle orders, especially when people are counting on getting the right parts. Smooth experience overall, and I’d order from them again.

I ordered from gordonelectricsupply.com expecting it to ship within a few days, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would. The item did arrive and seemed okay, though the whole delay and lack of updates made me question how reliable their process is overall. I had to check the order status myself a couple of times, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the shipping speed and communication definitely need improvement. I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a rush.

and I was surprised by how fast they got back to me. I sent a quote request through gordonelectricsupply.com for a few electrical parts, thinking it might take a day or two, but the response came quickly. The quote was clear, had everything I needed, and there wasn’t any confusing back and forth. It made getting my order started a lot easier. I’d definitely use them again.

I came in on a mission and, thankfully, found exactly what I was looking for. The only plot twist was checkout moving a bit slower than expected, which made the whole thing feel slightly more dramatic than it needed to be. Still, in the end, success was mine

I found the part I needed and the price seemed fair at first, but the shipping cost was way higher than I expected. For such a small item, it felt kind of unnecessary and made the whole order not really worth it. The checkout process was fine and everything else was okay, but that shipping fee was just too much.

I ordered a couple of electrical parts because the site showed them as in stock, but then I got an email later saying there was a delay (which was a little annoying). Customer support did get back to me, just not super quickly. Everything arrived in good condition in the end, but I probably wouldn’t count on their timing too much if you need something right away
